Important Service Conditions
All Concierge and Keepsake Services are optional and separate from the kitten’s adoption.
Photography packages include only the number of sessions, photographs, videos, and updates specified in the selected package. Where themed or homecoming sessions are included, they count toward the package’s total session allowance.
Keepsake books are created using available photographs and verified kitten information. Additional photography is not included unless purchased separately.
All personalized written content and book layouts will be submitted for Client review before printing, when applicable.
One reasonable round of corrections is included to address factual errors or requested text adjustments. Additional revisions may incur separately approved charges.
Following the Client’s written approval, printing may begin. Client-requested changes or reprints after approval may require additional payment.
Payment & Refund Acknowledgment
I understand that these are optional, personalized services requiring dedicated time, preparation, scheduling, photography, editing, and creative work.
I understand that payment is required before services begin.
I acknowledge that fees are nonrefundable once personalized services have commenced, including for changes of mind or voluntary cancellation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
I understand that these fees are separate from my kitten’s adoption price and will not be credited toward that balance.
I acknowledge that photography, video production, personalization, and delivery are subject to the terms of the separate Shore Kittens Concierge & Keepsake Services Agreement.
